What is the custom backdrop design process? +

Our custom backdrop design process begins with a consultation to understand your event's theme, colors, and branding requirements. Our designers create initial concepts incorporating your vision, logos, and messaging. After your feedback, we refine the design until it perfectly captures your aesthetic. Once approved, we produce your custom backdrop using premium fabric materials and deliver it ready for your event.

What materials are backdrops made from? +

backdrops are made from high-quality fabric materials that provide superior print quality and durability. Standard and Premium Collection backdrops may use various materials including fabric and sequins depending on the specific design.

What size are the backdrops? +

All backdrops are 8ft x 8ft, which provides the perfect size for photo booth experiences while accommodating groups of various sizes. This standard dimension ensures optimal photo composition and backdrop coverage for all photo booth setups.

Are all backdrops physical backdrops? +

Yes, all backdrops are physical backdrops that are professionally installed at your event. The only exception is when we provide AI backdrop removal services, where the backdrop might be physical or non-existent, and digital backgrounds are added in post-processing.

Are there additional charges for different backdrop collections? +

Standard Collection backdrops are included at no additional charge with all photo booth packages. Premium Collection backdrops and Custom Design backdrops incur additional fees due to their enhanced materials and design work. Hedge Wall backdrops are also an additional charge and do not include neon signs by default.

Do Hedge Wall backdrops include neon signs? +

Hedge Wall backdrops do not include neon signs by default. Neon signs can be added as a separate service for an additional charge. This allows you to customize your hedge wall backdrop with personalized illuminated signage if desired.

How far in advance should I order a custom backdrop? +

Custom backdrops require 4-6 weeks lead time for design, approval, and production. We recommend starting the design process as early as possible to allow adequate time for revisions and ensure your backdrop is perfect for your event date.

Can I use my own logos and branding on backdrops? +

Absolutely! Custom backdrop designs can incorporate your logos, branding elements, color schemes, and any graphics you provide. We work with you to ensure your branding is prominently and attractively featured in the backdrop design while maintaining visual appeal for photos.
